1. Admission & Enrollment

• Admission is granted on a first-come, first-served basis or via entrance test (if applicable).

• All required documents (ID proof, recent photograph, etc.) must be submitted at the time of admission.

• The student must provide accurate personal and academic information. Any falsification may lead to cancellation of admission.

2. Fee Payment Policy

• The entire course fee must be paid within the stipulated time, as informed at the time of admission.

• Fees once paid are non-refundable, under any circumstances.

• Delay in fee payment beyond the due date may attract late payment penalties or suspension from classes.

3. Classroom Discipline

• Students must maintain discipline, punctuality, and respectful behavior in the classroom.

• Any form of misconduct, damage to property, misbehavior with teachers/staff, or repeated absenteeism may result in termination of admission without refund.

• Mobile phones must be switched off during class hours unless permitted for academic use.

4. Attendance

• A minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory to remain enrolled in the program and appear for internal assessments.

• Irregular attendance without valid reason or prolonged absenteeism (over 10 days without intimation) may lead to removal from the class.

5. Study Material & Resources

• Study material provided by Abhilasha Classes (booklets, notes, digital content) is meant solely for enrolled students and must not be shared, reproduced, or sold.

• Unauthorized distribution of materials may lead to legal consequences.

6. Performance Monitoring

• Regular tests (weekly, mock, mega) are conducted to track student performance.

• Students are expected to actively participate in these evaluations for continuous assessment.

• Performance reports will be shared with parents during scheduled PTMs.

7. Digital Access & Use

• Students must not misuse online resources (e.g., video library, app content).

• Any unauthorized access, piracy, or attempt to bypass system security will result in immediate termination of services.

8. Faculty & Curriculum

• The institute reserves the right to modify batch timings, faculty assignments, or syllabus structure in the best interest of academic delivery.

• All decisions regarding faculty and curriculum changes will be final and binding.
